Víctor Castillo Ortega

Holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama. Castillo has held important judicial and government positions, such as Deputy Judge of the Civil Circuit of Panama, legal director at the Electoral Tribunal and legal adviser to the Ministry of the Presidency.

He also directed the department of legal advice for the IFARHU, later becoming its Executive Director of Scholarship. He was also Director of Legal Counsel of the Public Registry of Panama and advisor to the Minister of Labor and Workforce Development
