Gabriel Almanza Jaén

Almanza collaborated with the World Bank (The World Bank Group), in the edition of the book Doing Business Panama.

He is an international referee, member of the National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM), based in New York, USA, and has participated as umpire in international disputes. He has also served as a consultant in the Family Business Program of Fundes Internacional.

He taught commercial law at the University Santa Maria la Antigua (USMA) in Panama.

He is the managing partner at Almanza & Almanza and specializes in corporate and commercial law, trusts and businesses, international arbitration and negotiations, family business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, planning and asset protection, trusts and foundations.
