Attorney Medina, is a practicing lawyer in Panama. He obtained a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. He holds a Master’s Degree in Trademark, Patent and Intellectual Property Law Barcelona, ​​from the University of Barcelona and Business School, of Spain. He has participated in the Diploma of high specialization in Copyright, dictated by the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain.

He is the General Director of the Association of Audiovisual Rights of Panama (ASDAP).

His legal practice is focused in Intellectual Property and Copyrights, including areas such as: Trademarks, patents, utility models, industrial designs, copyrights, trade and domain names. Anti-counterfeiting & Enforcement, IP Litigation, Data Privacy & Protection, amongst others.
